I have had a crazy, busy summer, filled with life-changing events, a crazy work schedule, and family: gatherings, homecomings, and farewells. It has been great, but very busy. The weather here has been horrendously hot, so I had to quickly snap this picture of my newest Weecakie Neapolitans before they started to melt. And speaking of melting, do you love neapolitan ice-cream? Three flavors of icy goodness: strawberry, almond/coconut, and chocolate come together to satisfy every taste level. My Weecakie Neapolitans are layers of decadent chocolate, almond/coconut, and fresh strawberry cakes, dipped in milk chocolate, drizzled with dark chocolate and topped with a dollop of white chocolate with sprinkles.
